Built to mirror the real exam
Critical care certification exams aren’t simply harder versions of the paramedic registry. They assume you’ve already mastered prehospital medicine—and test whether you can manage a ventilated, invasively monitored, infusion-dependent patient at altitude with no immediate backup. Our question bank is built to that standard.

Who’s this program for
Flight crews
Rotor and fixed-wing paramedics sitting the FP-C, with altitude physiology and gas law content the ground exams never touch.
Ground critical care
Specialty and interfacility transport clinicians preparing for the CCP-C, working ventilators, pressors, and invasive monitoring.
Nurses in transport
RNs on specialty and flight teams working the same critical care content from the prehospital side of the aircraft.

Simulation exams
Full-length critical care simulations
Timed exams built against the IBSC content blueprint, drawing from a 1,400+ question bank. Randomized every attempt, so you never sit the same exam twice.
- Blueprint-weighted across every content area
- Unlimited attempts, randomized each time
- Detailed rationale on every question
- Score report ranking your weakest domains

Category exams
Practice by content area
Focused exams for each domain on the blueprint, each drawing from its own bank so you can drill the areas your score report keeps flagging.
- Flight physiology, altitude, and gas laws
- Advanced airway and ventilator management
- Hemodynamics and invasive monitoring
- Cardiac, 12-lead, and STEMI transport
- Trauma, burns, and hemorrhage control
- OB, neonatal, and pediatric critical care
- Toxicology, labs, and ABG interpretation
- Air medical operations and crew safety
Flashcards
Critical care flashcards
Over 400 flashcards built for rapid review between shifts, focused on the drips, dosing, and values you are expected to recall cold.
- Vasopressors and inotropes
- Sedation, analgesia, and paralytics
- Ventilator settings and troubleshooting
- Lab values and ABG patterns
- Gas laws and altitude physiology
- Formulas and calculations

Reference library
Transport reference library
A library of reference material for every part of your prep, so you can review a concept the moment a question exposes a gap.
- Complete pharmacology reference guide
- Ventilator management guide and simulator
- Hemodynamic waveform reference
- ABG interpretation walkthrough
- Lab values reference
- Medical abbreviations library

Calculations
Drip and dosing calculations
Timed calculation drills covering the math you have to do correctly in the back of a moving aircraft — infusion rates, weight-based dosing, and conversions.
- Weight-based infusion rates
- mcg/kg/min and mL/hr conversions
- Push-dose pressor dilutions
- Pediatric dosing
- Oxygen duration and cylinder math

Critical Care exam prep
Pick your plan
Most candidates work through the material over 60 to 90 days. The three-month plan is built for that window; the annual plan suits crews preparing alongside a full-time transport schedule.
Questions crews ask
Does one subscription cover FP-C, CCP-C, and CFRN?
Yes. The critical care course covers the shared content across all three certifications, plus the material specific to each blueprint. You do not buy a separate subscription per exam.
How is this different from the NREMT prep?
Different bank, different depth. Critical care exams assume paramedic-level knowledge and test ventilator management, hemodynamics, invasive monitoring, transport pharmacology, and flight physiology. The NREMT course does not cover those areas.
How long should I study before my exam date?
Most candidates work through the material over 60 to 90 days. The three-month plan is built for that window; the annual plan suits crews preparing alongside a full-time schedule.
Do I ever see the same exam twice?
No. With a 1,400+ question bank and randomized selection across every content area, you can take unlimited practice exams and never sit the same one twice.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. The three-month and annual plans are one-time purchases that do not renew.
Will this work on my phone?
Yes. The course and exams work on any phone or tablet. For full-length simulations we recommend a desktop or laptop, since that is closest to the real testing environment.
