What Prehospital Prep, LLC collects on this website, and what happens to it
This policy describes what this website collects from the people who visit it, what we do with it, and who else can see it. It covers this website only.
Who we are
This site is operated by Prehospital Prep, LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. Questions about privacy, or about anything on this page, go to support@prehospitalprep.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our two forms, and only when you send it.
- The contact form asks for your name, your email address, what your message is about, and the message itself.
- The programs form, for schools and agencies, asks for the same and adds your program or agency name, the certification levels you teach, and roughly how many students are in a cohort.
- Each submission also records which page of the site you sent it from, so we know what you were reading when you wrote.
There is nothing else. This website has no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising or tracking pixels. There is no account to create here, no mailing list to join, and no comments to leave. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than fetched from another company.
Like any website, ours runs on a server that keeps access logs — the address a request came from, the page asked for, and the time. Those logs are kept by our hosting provider as part of running and securing the site.
What we do with it
We answer you. A form submission is saved in this website’s own database and emailed to support@prehospitalprep.com so that a person can read it and reply. That is the whole journey: nothing on this website sends what you wrote anywhere else, and we do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own for visitors, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
One cookie does reach you: the network service that sits in front of our host sets a short-lived cookie (__cf_bm) that helps it tell people apart from automated traffic. It expires within the hour and is not used to build a profile of you. If you are one of our staff and sign in to the site to edit it, WordPress sets session cookies to keep you signed in.
Other services that see this site
Two companies handle information simply because the site runs on them: our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database and keeps the server logs described above, and the network and security layer in front of it, which every request passes through.
Article pages show the author’s photograph, which is served by Gravatar (Automattic). Loading that photograph means your browser makes a request to Gravatar, the same as it would for any image hosted elsewhere.
Buying a course
You cannot buy anything on this website. The buttons that start a purchase hand you to our exam application, which is a separate service at its own address, and payment is taken there. Nothing you type into that application passes through this website, and this policy does not describe it.
Children under thirteen
Prehospital Prep, LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may only use the site with the permission of a parent or guardian.
How long we keep it
A form submission stays in this website’s database and in our support mailbox until it is deleted. If you would like yours removed, ask us and we will delete both copies.
Your choices
Write to support@prehospitalprep.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need an account or a form to ask, and asking costs nothing.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the current version is always the one posted here. This version was published on 28 August 2026.
